Construction Update Daggett Lane

• Lot 1/ “Bank of America home”, completed – The “Home Blessing” was held on October 24th and the Harris family has moved in.
• Lot 2/ “Women Build home”, completed – The “Home Blessing” was held on October 24th and the Ballon family has moved in.
• Lot 3/ “Mountain Comfort home”, completed – The “Home Blessing” was held on December 7th.
• Lot 4/ “Pahlisch Blitz Build” – We have volunteers lending their talents to complete this house, and we are down to the final finishing touches. We plan on having the dedication ceremony during the middle of Feb.
• Lot 6/ “Veteran Build” – We will begin building this house in the next month or so.
• Lot 7/ “Sage Builders Blitz Build” – Lot 7 is in the same stages as lot 4, but we had professionals donate their time and talents to completing this home.
• Lot 8/ “Faith House” – The “Home Blessing” was held on December 21st.
• Lot 9/ – has the foundation poured, and we will be starting the subfloor sometime this next month. Hopefully, weather will permit.

We are especially appreciative of Latham Excavation for their help with the back fill around the homes. We, also, thank the many volunteers, donors and sponsors who partner with us as we build safe, simple, decent, affordable housing in our community.
