If you are interested in becoming a Habitat homeowner, please print out a pre-application form (*pdf), fill it out and mail it to us at:

Or, you may stop by our office to pick one up. When you return the form, we will keep it on file and notify you of the times for our next Orientation meetings. You must attend an Orientation meeting to begin the selection process.
