Although the weather threatened the first half of the week, it held off dumping its contents on us while we worked. We are way into roofs this week. # 14 is generally sheathed but needs some fascia and look out covering on the ends.
The trusses on # 8 are lying on top of the walls. There is blue board on # 4 and # 6, a fully sheathed roof on # 6, and a two fifths sheathed roof on # 4. The windows are installed in # 6, but not yet in # 4.
The next jobs on # 4 and # 6 are roofing and the final layer of siding. We also need windows in # 4 and blue board on # 8 and # 14.
Weather interfered with our expected turn-out on Monday's day of service honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., but there were several new faces which we enjoyed hosting. It was a productive week.
