A little more about the training:

This training is open to construction volunteers who wish to move into a leadership position and affiliate staff wanting to enhance their skills to recruit, train and retain volunteer leaders. The training is a five-day commitment plus travel time. 

There are no monetary fees for this training. Payment will be in the form of each participant returning to the hurricane-affected areas of the Gulf Coast within twelve months of completion of this course to assist in the continued effort to rebuild the region.
