We concentrated this week on #6 which will be in the tour of homes in July. We are waiting on tile floors in the bathrooms and utility areas. Closets are ready for doors which are painted and drying. Hall doors are mostly painted and our army of caulkers has been extremely busy.
In #4, the word is that the texturing and painting are done. That means floors are next and then cupboards.
Blue board is going up on #18.
We had a group of college folks here this week. They were doing caulking on the outside of several houses. They also spent time on a punch list over on Railroad where a Habitat house that has come vacant has been sold. It is always a joy to have visitors helping us.
Saul, whose family lives in #5, made a barbecued chicken lunch for all of us on Wednesday. It was very good! Thanks, Saul.
