Construction and Other Programs

In partnership with the community we build affordable and efficient homes for families. All of our homes are NW Energy Star certified, Oregon Department of Energy High Performance Home rated and built to Earth Advantage Gold standards. Which results in a home that is 30% more efficient than homes built only to current building code standards.

Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI) is a new program which will allow us to expand our services to serve low-income families in need of decent, affordable housing. NRI is designed to focus on improving housing conditions in order to enhance the overall quality of life in struggling neighborhoods. This program will allow us to purchase foreclosed properties and rehabilitate existing homes, incorporate energy efficient features, and paint and landscape exterior of homes.
