Rehabs, Repairs & Weatherization

Bend Area Habitat for Humanity is offering repair, weatherization and minor rehab services to qualified homeowners in Bend and Crook County.  We help low income homeowners impacted by age, disability and family circumstances, who struggle to maintain the exterior of their homes, reclaim their homes with pride and dignity.

If your income is within income guidelines stated on the application; you are willing to partner with Habitat; and have the ability to make low, no-interest monthly payments, please submit a preliminary application.

In some cases funding is available to subsidize weatherization and health and safety repairs.  If you are a veteran please let us know.  Typical projects include; exterior painting, roof repair, ramps, and yard cleanup.

We will assess your project and refer you to other resources, if your project is outside the scope of what we are able to do.
