Rehab, Repair and Weatherization Services (NRI)

Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI) is a new program which will allow us to expand our services to serve low-income families in need of decent, affordable housing. NRI is designed to focus on improving housing conditions in order to enhance the overall quality of life in struggling neighborhoods. This program will allow us to purchase foreclosed properties and rehabilitate existing homes, incorporate energy efficient features, and paint and landscape exterior of homes.
