Why should you donate to Habitat? It is an investment in the Bend community. The families that are supported by Habitat in homeownership add to our community. They are the waitresses, fireman, store clerks, and many other roles we take for granted. The children of Habitat families do better in school, become more involved in civic matters, and are less likely to become involved in the juvenile justice system, teen pregnancy and substance abuse.

Where does my donation go? Due to the success of our ReStore, 100% of your donation can go to the building of homes. By choosing a particular focus, you can restrict 100% of your gift to that home.

I can only give a little bit? Regular giving of $5.00 per month means that Bend Habitat will have $60.00 at the end of the year for building supplies and other materials needed to help families. Small gifts over a regular pattern mean a great deal to us. Can our business or organization help out on a larger scale? YES! We are always looking for organizations to "adopt-a-home" and help build both the volunteer base and the financial resources to build a home for a family. See the section called "Sponsorship Levels".
