I was raised in Oregon, and have been living in Bend for six years.  I have one grown son and two grandchildren, living in Texas.  I anticipate they will come for a visit, once I'm living in a Habitat home!  I love pets, cooking, gardening, and travel.  I traveled through Europe when I was younger and my son was a child.  We lived in Germany for four years when I was married.

I have lots of friends in central Oregon and enjoy the outdoors.  I camp and fish in the warmer months.  In the winter I curl up with a good book.  Currently, I work as a grocery cashier.  Prior to that, I worked for twenty years in retail management and was a probation officer. 

I am truly grateful for the support of Habitat.  They have opened up doors for me and I probably would not be able to become a homeowner without this program.  Thank you for choosing to partner with me on this journey.
